I am a licensed professional counselor based in Virginia. My therapeutic approach centers on guiding my clients to find meaning, purpose, and inner strength by embracing the beauty and imperfections of their lived experiences, rather than avoiding them. Life's challenges, like grief, loss, trauma, depression, or anxiety, can often leave us feeling trapped in an unchanging reality. In such moments, Viktor Frankl’s words serve as a profound reminder: “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
To support my clients in navigating these difficulties, I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Attachment Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we create a compassionate and empowering space for transformation and growth.
