I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, addiction, and severe mood disorders in adults and adolescents. I'm passionate about helping individuals understand the relationships, experiences, and sometimes unconscious patterns that have shaped their lives. Through compassionate and collaborative exploration, my goal is help you build increased self-awareness and form new understandings of your past and present so you can feel good about the next chapter of your life.
My clinical philosophy is grounded in psychodynamic theory, with an integration of cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques that can provide urgent symptom alleviation. I found this dual-approach most helpful in successfully decreasing feelings of anxiety, stress, depression, and anger issues.
