Individually, I help disentangle the complicated thoughts and emotions that can make day-to-day tasks, or even life-changing decisions, feel unmanageable.
I specialize in providing treatment to those who have experienced any type of trauma, utilizing skills-based therapies such as CBT/DBT, as well as techniques from IFS and Polyvagal theory to inform the EMDR process. I find this combination to be effective in safely reconnecting with difficult emotions in helpful ways that allow for meaningful change.
In my time as a therapist I have found the process of change to be challenging, but deeply rewarding; both for my clients and myself. Therapy can look different at different times in our lives.
