I am an active participant in the process, and try to help my clients develop insight and solutions to their problems.
In my years as a psychotherapist, I have worked with many people coping with a diverse set of issues. This includes, but is not limited to, people dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, anger, infertility, and adults with ADHD. I work with both individuals and couples.
