I have created the Integrated Recovery Method (IRM) to help men and couples break free from sexual, love, and digital porn addiction. I also guide couples through betrayal trauma when willpower, accountability, and talk therapy haven’t been enough. Most clients come feeling stuck in cycles of secrecy, relapse, shame, emotional shutdown, or relational distance.

In my work, we don’t just focus on stopping behaviors—we get to what’s underneath them. That means healing old emotional wounds, working through shame, and calming an overwhelmed nervous system. I help clients build secure relationships, repair trust, and create real, lasting change from the inside out through a deeper, more integrated approach.
