U.K. and U.S. trained, I have been in the field since 2003, providing a unique insight into the human condition that moves beyond traditional psychotherapy - working with clients through advocacy, CPS, crisis, mental health and addiction I have championed wellness and empowerment in my roles as social worker, psychotherapist and clinical director.
Adopting a humanist and existential perspective, I believe each person's unique psychology is characterized by an attempt to create a life of meaning, and to make sense of our shared experiences.
