I currently specialize in providing evidence-based and trauma-focused psychotherapy to adults, couples, and teenagers in order to strengthen resiliency, promote stability in the home, and improve family functioning. I have extensive experience working with adults with depressive or anxiety issues, couples, behavioral issues, LGBT issues, and school-based issues. I work directly with individuals to ensure that even the most challenging or threatening behaviors can be managed.
For over 10 years I have been working directly with adults, families, and adolescents on a wide range of behavior and mood-related issues. With you or your family, I will promote and develop the ability to create positive relationships, value diversity, learn to care, and trust in others.
I practice primarily in Fort Collins as a therapist with the Parent-Child Interaction Center and Canopy Counseling. You may also elect to engage in web therapy via HIPAA compliant video chat. Check out my website for more information!
