My approach is broadly based integrative-psychodynamic, combining approaches from behavior therapy, schema/rational-emotive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Importantly, psychotherapy will not work without a collaborative, positive, trusting, warm, and caring client-therapist relationship, something which I focus on from the start.
