About
In life there are many awesome and beautiful things to see and do, but there are also many challenges and pain in life. As I have worked with youth and families for over 15 years, I have come to understand that deep down everyone wants to thrive through being loved and to love others, but that often hurt and pain from our younger days place us in a position of just surviving. My hope is to help youth, families and couples to heal from these wounds to move toward thriving.
In working with youth and families in different capacities I have come to help youth and families and couples work through the pain of the past specifically dealing with divorce, ADHD, family dynamics and dysfunction, depression and anxiety. In regard to couples I work with premarital issues, healing from divorce and family dynamics.
In my 15 years plus of working with youth and families I have worked in different environments form therapeutic foster care to professional counseling. These experiences have shaped me to understand how emotions, thoughts, the physical and spiritual flow together. If there is brokenness in your life I hope to help you move toward healing.
