Often I work with teens, college students or adults who are experiencing depression, social anxiety, transition, or grief. My clients are often isolated and lacking strong social connections, either by choice or because they feel rejected. For my clients, I try to center my work around logic, common sense and a supportive, trusting relationship. Many people find relief in just being able to tell someone what they're thinking without judgement.

I know how scary social anxiety, depression, and loneliness can feel. Struggling to get out of bed in the morning, fear of what others will think, or feeling like the only person who doesn't fit in can make you want to hide and never come out. I also offer walking sessions to help clients get outdoors.

My biggest strength is my ability to empathize and feel what other people are feeling. I use that to help see your perspective and truly know what you mean. I also work with Dads of young children. This group meets once a week for 14 weeks to process what’s happening in our lives and also learn new skills to deal with anxiety, stress, depression, family, etc. Once a month we will also go out on a hike or do something outdoors and fun. Who: 8 maximum high school guys. Where: My office for weekly sessions and TBD for the monthly outings. When: One 90-minute session a week for skills and processing group and once a month for outdoor hiking or fun activity. Cost: $70 per group session and $70 per outdoor activity.

This in-person group will be 12 weeks long and will focus on providing a space for members to discuss and process what is going on in their lives. We will also focus on providing skills to help deal with depression, anxiety, and social anxiety. The group will also include an outdoor activity or something fun. The location will be in our Alpharetta office. Who: Males ages 19-24 Where: Alpharetta office When: Once a week plus a one-time group outing Cost: $70 per session.
