Teen process and hiking group
This group meets once a week for 14 weeks to process what’s happening in our lives and also learn new skills to deal with anxiety, stress, depression, family, etc. Once a month we will also go out on a hike or do something outdoors and fun. Who: 8 maximum high school guys. Where: My office for weekly sessions and TBD for the monthly outings. When: One 90-minute session a week for skills and processing group and once a month for outdoor hiking or fun activity. Cost: $70 per group session and $70 per outdoor activity.
Young adult guys group
This in-person group will be 12 weeks long and will focus on providing a space for members to discuss and process what is going on in their lives. We will also focus on providing skills to help deal with depression, anxiety, and social anxiety. The group will also include an outdoor activity or something fun. The location will be in our Alpharetta office. Who: Males ages 19-24 Where: Alpharetta office When: Once a week plus a one-time group outing Cost: $70 per session.
