My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, couples, and families who may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure on how to navigate their emotions. Life transitions, anxiety, stress, or trying to improve your understanding of yourself can be difficult to navigate alone. I am here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to explore and process what you're currently experiencing as well developing healthier coping strategies. Together we will develop emotional awareness, resilience, and create meaningful change!
I focus on helping others understand and work through their emotions rather than simply pushing them under the rug. Through individual, family, couples and/or play therapy, I utilize a collaborative approach that is grounded in CBT but tailored to your needs. We will explore life events, identify patterns, build copings skills, and work towards your goals.
The most difficult part in therapy is starting it, the next part is going back. Therapy is a gradual process that doesnt need you to have everything figured out before you begin.
