Hi. Thank you for visiting my Psychology Today profile. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York providing individual and couples psychotherapy. My style starts with the client and focuses on addressing current concerns, increasing self-awareness, and understanding relationships and past experiences. I have over ten years experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, interpersonal problems, and many other difficulties.

Apart from my private practice, I have served as clinical and training director at a community mental health center specializing in Asian American concerns. I received my graduate degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and my undergraduate degree from Brown University.
