I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating the impacts of childhood trauma, men’s issues, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and grief/loss.
Being born in Spain, I can understand the challenges of navigating different cultures, as well as the adjustments that come with immigration and relocation. I seek to bring a multicultural lens to my work while valuing your cultural background and history.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) LCSW and draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Family Systems Theory. For younger clients, I often integrate play therapy to support emotional expression and character building in developmentally appropriate ways.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher and coach for many years—roles that shaped my deep commitment to supporting people through life’s challenges with compassion and authenticity.
