I specialize in working with couples who are struggling with communication and connection, and I have extensive experience working with couples through pornography/betrayal trauma. I also work with individuals struggling with pornography use, childhood trauma, abuse, anxiety, and ADHD. My approach is tailored to meet each couple’s unique needs, using methods like EMDR, IFS, ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. These methods enable me to help my clients overcome their struggles, so you can achieve fulfilling and meaningful relationships with your families, partners, and yourself.
