Welcome. I'm Dr. Daniel J. Hannon, Ph.D., a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in both NH and MA. I've been working with patients of all ages for over 20 years manage and transcend their mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges. I utilize a combination of CBT, ACT, ERP, Narrative, Play and traditional talk therapies to help people achieve balance and success in their lives. My specialty areas include anxiety, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and families in conflict.
Clients are asked an important question from the start. If you wake up tomorrow morning and your life is better, how will you know? Once we all realize what we want in life, it becomes possible to work toward getting it.
I like to give clients a chance to figure out whether I will be a good fit for them as a therapist. Therefore, it is important that they feel heard, supported and accepted as they are. It is less about diagnosis and more about coming away with a sense that our work together will be worthwhile.
