I believe in one’s capacity to heal. I work with people who have experienced all different types of trauma, as well as those coping with grief, loss, performance anxiety, and issues of self-worth. Using talk therapy and a strengths based, trauma informed practice, I help facilitate healing by providing the time and space to explore each person’s unique story.
I work with individuals and families using different modalities including Somatic Experiencing, which I use as a framework to bring awareness and sensation of the body into our sessions. My passion is helping people who are in states of overwhelm, or freeze begin to understand and feel more embodied.
