I specialize in the treatment of post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, relationship problems and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with Veterans, adolescents, adults, and older adults, as well as members of the LGBTQ community. I am a provider with Lyra Health and Wellspring EAP. My practice hours include weekdays, and early evening hours. This I winter will be offering telehealth present-centered group therapy for PTSD. I have over twenty five years experience working with individuals, couples and groups. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, and I tailor treatment to the client's needs. I am familiar with and use various therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, present centered therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic perspectives.

Present Centered Group Therapy for PTSD
New telehealth Present-Centered Group Therapy (PCGT) for PTSD. PCGT is an evidenced based, twelve session group effective in reducing and managing symptoms. PCGT educates group members on symptoms of PTSD and related reactions. The core focus of treatment empowers members to discuss how trauma impacts their lives, and promote mutual support and troubleshooting ways to address trauma. PCGT particularly encourages discussion of how trauma impacts relationships, both within and outside of the group.
