Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the mental health field since early 2011. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers School of Social Work in 2021, and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Rutgers College in 2010. I have experience working with a range a individuals with psychotic, mood, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I’ve worked in residences, in the community, and in behavioral health clinic settings, with a variety of clients of differing ages, genders, and presentations. I view each new client as an opportunity for growth, for both of us.
I’m excited to learn about my clients and work with them to explore their goals and their motivations. I love being able to match my expertise with my clients’ experience and collaboratively work towards their goals through a strength-based approach to therapy. I have experience working through CBT, DBT, humanistic, and solution-focused therapies.
