Psychotherapy tailored to each person’s unique experience, from brief focused interventions to more in-depth psychotherapy. The central aim of in-depth psychotherapy is to find clarity, direction, and healing through exploration of the self, learning along the way how we perceive, feel, and interact with ourselves and others. Concurrently, at the same it is important to make strides to improve life quality. I consider it a great privilege to be part of another person's healing process. I work with adults of all ages, from early adulthood to end of life.

I provide short or longer term psychotherapy, depending on what you need. I am formally trained in several evidence based psychotherapy treatments, and I tailor all psychotherapy to the specific unique needs of each person.

My practice focuses on helping people navigate life transitions, including: emerging into adulthood, stages of parenthood, relationship changes, professional transitions, retirement from working years, and changes with aging, and late life. I particularly want to help people who have had complications in achieving stages of their adult development.
