I work well with clients undergoing a variety of mood and anxiety disorders. I approach treatment in an individual and personalized manner utilizing anxiety, panic and trauma reducing, depth therapy. The most appropriate client is one who is open to finding their answers and healing in a calm, self-paced environment free of discrimination and judgment. All clients have the ability to eventually become their own therapist and I am prepared and eager to help you find the strengths that are sometimes very difficult to see.
I specialize in disorders based in anxiety which include social, general and performance anxiety, PTSD and complex trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders as well as isolation and mood disorders. I work with a variety of solution-based CBT and depth psychodynamics depending on the needs of the client.
