You are worthy. That’s not just a belief, it’s the foundation of how I work. In today’s fast paced, reactive world, it’s easy to lose connection with ourselves. We avoid, suppress, or power through pain instead of pausing to understand it. But healing begins when we slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with who we truly are. I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and feeling disconnected or stuck. It is my belief that each human has the capacity for transformation and becoming their most authentic self.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in real-life experience. Together, we create a safe space to explore the parts of you that have been ignored, judged, or are in conflict. Through curiosity and care, we work to understand those parts towards healing past wounds, resolving inner conflicts, and reclaiming your authentic self.
Therapy is not just about coping, it’s about becoming. Becoming more grounded, more present, more you. It’s about reconnecting with your own good nature, and making space for clarity, choice, and change. It's about becoming you through courage and compassion. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out for a consultation call to see if we’re a good fit.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a system of "parts," each with its own emotions and beliefs. The goal is to cultivate the Self, an undamaged and compassionate core. Through guided introspection, individuals explore and harmonize these internal parts, fostering healing and self-discovery.
