I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I strive for excellence in helping adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families address their challenges and identify/pursue a life worth living. I specialize in mental health disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, behavioral issues, relationship issues, major life transitions, and stress management. I completed my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fairfield University.
I use multiple treatment models, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, structural family therapy, Bowenian family therapy, and strategic family therapy. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.
