I believe everyone holds within themselves the innate potential for growth, resilience, and meaningful positive transformation. Feeling and being truly seen, heard, and understood for who you are as a person is core to beginning to heal and improve life’s problems and challenges. My approach is tailored to meet you where you are at and provide a safe, caring, and collaborative environment to explore the things that matter most to you and to assist you in reducing problems and challenges. I work with individuals 13 years old and up, including older adults.
I provide an integrative therapy approach that allows me to adapt my therapy style to fit within your own unique experiences and story. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes that do not last; it’s about building insight, emotional strength, and creating positive changes that last.
I also provide neuropsychological/psychological testing focused on diagnostic clarity around symptoms of ADHD, autism, learning differences, memory concerns, and psychological concerns. My goal is to provide comprehensive assessments that help you and your loved ones understand your strengths and difficulties, as well as to provide you a clear path forward.
