I’m a psychologist who works at the intersection of behavior change and insight. I help people who want to understand themselves more than just on a surface-level. Grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect, (and some laughs) I provide a space where clients can slow down, feel safe, and build the tools they need to live in a way that feels full to them.
