I have 45 years of counseling / therapy experience, with formal and ongoing trainings that focused on Mindfulness, Supportive Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy approaches and Internal Family Systems.
