I’m passionate about working with all types of individuals facing a wide variety of challenges. People come to therapy because they’re wanting support, change, or healing. I believe that together we can co-create a therapy space that helps accomplish this. I have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, low self-esteem, and self harm. As a gay man, I have particular clinical interest, personal experience, and professional knowledge helping individuals seeking therapy to process their sexual identity. Additionally, I'm trained in EMDR for trauma reprocessing and recovery.
Though this is not necessary for all clients that I work with, I also hold specialization in the integration of faith/spirituality (including religious and spiritual abuse) as well as the integration of various intersectional identities whether that be your age, gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, SES, religion, and more).
