The OCD Winter Group is a supportive online space for individuals living with OCD to connect, learn, and practice exposure-based skills together. Led by an OCD specialist who also lives with OCD, the group offers encouragement, structure, and understanding through the colder months—when symptoms often intensify. Sessions focus on mutual support, normalizing experiences, and building confidence in facing fears. Open to members in NY, NJ, and Maine.
