My approach to therapy is based on existential philosophy and humanistic values. I believe that life is made up of "moments" and that even painful and traumatic moments can be meaningful additions to the richness of life.
The tools that I use include talk therapy, narrative, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy.
