About
Welcome! I specialize in helping with teenager behavioral problems, martial counseling, life transitions, sexual addictions, family counseling and depression/anxiety. I help parents improve parent-child relationships, and religious families navigate LGBTQ relationships with compassion and understanding. I also have experience working with military families. I work well with clients when they are motivated to learn new skills and work towards specific goals.
I have been trained in motivational interviewing, structural/strategic family therapy, behavioral modification, cognitive behavior therapy, and cyber sexual addiction treatment. I can help motivated parents and couples navigate conflict to improve closeness and communication.
My goal is to help you reach your goals by moving towards a brighter future. I enjoy helping clients find peace and balance in their lives in a safe and comfortable environment. Regardless of the past challenges you may have lets work together towards the change you are looking for.
