Greetings! My name is Dan Foster. I received my Doctorate in Psychology from Baylor University in 1980 and have worked as a Licensed Psychologist since 1982. Was a Sergeant in the Army, having served from 1969-1971. Practice Client Centered, Trauma Informed Therapy. Prefer IFS (Internal Family Systems) approach, working with Clients, from the perspective of their world view, life experiences and aspirations, rather than doing something "to them". Love working with folks through difficult life experiences.
My focus are adults. All ages. Often with PTSD. Veterans. Combat Veterans. American Indians. American Indian Traditional Practitioners, Christians (Especially Evangelical Protestants and Catholics). Major Mental Illness. Special Needs Families and Caretakers. Elite Athletes.
