About
My ideal client is an individual who is highly motivated to change, and ready to put the work in to make that happen.
Using a person-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, I am able to meet the client where they are at, explore with the client where they would like to be, and help them to make the necessary changes. I have been trained to work with survivors of narcissistic and abusive personalities.
I understand that warmth, empathy, and genuineness are critical elements to building a therapeutic relationship. I have a relaxed style that integrates building rapport and empathy, with a smidgen of humor. "Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength." - Sigmund Freud
