What I love most about being a therapist is helping people transform their lives in ways they never thought possible. I have the privilege of guiding clients through moments of rediscovery — when they reconnect with their inner strength, challenge long-standing patterns, and begin to feel whole again. I work primarily with adults, couples, and older adults, helping them heal from narcissistic abuse, complex trauma, grief, anger, and unhealthy relationship dynamics.
Clients often describe me as kind and grounded, with a calm presence and a dry, witty sense of humor. I believe therapy should feel safe and collaborative, but also practical. Together, we’ll focus on turning insight into meaningful action so that change extends beyond our sessions and into your daily life.
As a lifelong cat person, I find comfort and connection in my pets — and it’s not uncommon for one of them to curl up on my lap during a telehealth session. I believe healing happens best when we can be ourselves, and that includes creating a relaxed, genuine environment where you feel comfortable doing the same.
