Available seven days a week, In-person and telehealth sessions. I'm a trauma informed therapist that offers therapy for all types of clients that struggle with various mental health issues. I utilize DBT, EFT, SFT, Inner work/Shadow work techniques and EMDR to help clients understand their emotions and process them in healthy ways.

I have extensive experience in the following issues: Addiction, various types of trauma, sexual issues related to mental health, neurodivergence, emotional wounds related to childhood, attachment issues, and negative core beliefs. I'm a culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

I offer a warm, inviting, judgment free area for therapy for all populations of clients. I know therapy can be scary, and challenging.
