I offer psychotherapy to adults of all ages, children and teens. My style is collaborative and interactive and is part of creating a safe, empathic relationship that is the foundation for open communication and exploration of what is most relevant to each client. My approach is relational, trauma informed, and culturally and socially attuned, but draws on a variety of therapeutic models. I approach the therapeutic process with openness and flexibility to meet the current and changing needs of each individual. I believe that therapy can be transformative and should always play an active role in appreciable growth and change.
I have experience and enjoy working with a diverse array of clients and presenting concerns. I have worked in outpatient community mental health, in elementary and middles schools, with teens and young adults both in college counseling and within the legal system and with clients over 65 in medical offices.
