About
Helping people who struggle with emotional distress is my life's work. I love what I do and find the success I help people achieve in therapy to be very rewarding. My belief is therapy begins with connection, compassion, and creating a strong therapeutic relationship. I then help people understand the emotional issues they are struggling with and discover new ways for engaging in the world that facilitates growing into the person they aspire to be. I do hope you will contact me so we can begin working towards helping you achieve the relief from distress you deserve.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples work through the emotional distress that occurs during divorce. The services I provide include: pre-divorce or divorce counseling for individuals and couples, cooperative parenting training, family mediation (parenting time & parenting responsibilities), and parenting coordination.
I also provide services that support the development of skills for cultivating mindfulness. Mindfulness is a state of being that is focused, present, and accepting of whatever is experienced in the current moment. Curious? I help people experience the basics of mindfulness and establish the foundations for personal practice.
