My approach with clients stems from this belief. Change and growth can feel difficult, which is why I'll challenge you but do so with grace and compassion.
My focus is on complex issues such as substance use recovery, trauma, impulse control, identity issues, anxiety, depression and difficulties with emotional regulation. My priority as your therapist is to make sure you feel understood, validated, challenged, but also experience a sense of connection that will hopefully help you realize that you’re not alone.
