I have over fifteen years and over 10,000 hours experience helping people work through challenging circumstances which has taught me how to listen to people and help them find the right path forward in their lives. I spend the first several sessions getting to know you and defining the problems, then we gradually shift to talking about potential solutions and implementing changes. The therapy is a way of "thinking out loud" that ultimately leads to solutions.
