My ideal client is anyone who has come to the realization that they are in a place in their life, whether that conviction is strong or developing, where they need a level of support that usually goes beyond what friends and/or family can provide. I work with a very eclectic and wide range of clients all of whom I've developed a close trusting relationship with and have experienced powerful growth and improvement.
Success in therapy is often hard to measure given how diverse people's needs are and the context in which they experience life and all of its unique challenges. But healing and change are possible for you!
I specialize in working with clients who deal with addiction related struggles, mood and anxiety, general life stress and related challenges; marriage, relationship, and parenting and many more ways in which people are confronted with life obstacles. The beginning of this work is focused on the trust building relationship. I also offer executive coaching.
