A wellness practitioner, yoga teacher, and healer for over 16 years, I am a trauma-informed integrative therapist specializing in individuals of all backgrounds, couples + dyads, sex therapy, and therapy for men. My goal is to help excavate and bridge your inner truths with your connection to others, to the world, & to your own self.
