Depression can make every day feel like a grind, and anxiety can keep your body braced for impact. If trauma is part of your story, it may still echo in your mind and body in ways that are exhausting and confusing.
My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can exhale. As an LPC/LAC, I work collaboratively with you to explore what’s contributing to your pain, identify what you want to change, and develop tools that actually fit your life. We’ll focus on increasing self-awareness, building resilience, and helping you move forward.
