About
A down-to-earth approach is often what is needed to get to the heart of the struggles in our lives... Psychospiritual growth and relationship issues are two of my main specialties. The challenges you come with present a doorway for greater self-awareness and ultimately for transformation. My role is to accompany and intuitively guide you on this unfolding journey. Together we will co-create a sacred space where the depths of your feelings and concerns can be safely explored, processed, and supported.
Eckhart Tolle noted that true healing occurs through the power of the present moment. By building on this teaching my practice offers a unique counseling experience: a safe space to heal through the power of the present moment as it is shared by two people.
I invite you to contact me for a free initial phone introduction. This gives us a great opportunity to get a feel if we will be a good therapeutic fit. I look forward to hearing from you and collaborating with you on your path of healing and transformation!
