I enjoy working with individuals who are open to being challenged within the therapeutic space, as well as with those who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, medical-related concerns, life-related stressors and/or transitions, and relationship difficulties.
While therapy will be tailored to your goals and needs, my aim will always be to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can feel challenged to think and grow, while also feeling comfortable to work toward the goals you have set for yourself within therapy.
