My approach to treatment draw from aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also utilized trauma informed approach to treatment to build a trusted relationship and ensure that clients feel safe and empowered.
