I hold my Master's Degree from Loyola University along with a national certification in addiction counseling (NCAC1) and a Masters in Addiction counseling (MAC). I spent 2 years training with the Linehan Institute and became foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation skills
In addition to individual sessions in my office, I offer teletherapy for individuals with barriers or fears of visiting a therapist's office. Teletherapy is available to individuals in Illinois and Indiana.
