My ideal client is someone navigating something others sometimes just don't get. Complex trauma that keeps resurfacing. Attachment patterns that shape every relationship. A BPD diagnosis that people just don't understand, maybe including yourself. Gender or identity work that needs a therapist who actually gets it. They want to understand themselves more deeply, not just manage symptoms, and they want a therapist who can stay with them through it.
I'm a queer therapist with over thirteen years of clinical experience. My specialties sit at the intersection of trauma, attachment, and identity: PTSD, complex trauma, BPD, gender transition, LGBTQ+ identity, and the relational patterns that come from early attachment wounds. My approach draws from EMDR, attachment-based therapy, ACT, and DBT.
