As a therapist, my goal is to support you through the tough stuff so you can enjoy the good. Whether you need to cry, vent, scream, or just sit quietly and figure things out, therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I use humor when it helps, and I believe laughter can be healing sometimes it’s the exact thing we need to break the tension and breathe again. I also draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, ACT, DBT, RT, and more. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to fit your unique needs.
