Flourishing through Art
Feeling stuck, worn down, or disconnected from yourself? Flourishing Through Art is a monthly art therapy group offering a space to slow down, create, reflect, and explore what helps us move toward greater well-being. Each month, we’ll use guided art-making as a starting point for reflection and conversation. You might work with paint, drawing, collage, clay or other creative processes. No prior art experience is needed. Rooted in Positive Psychology and the science of flourishing, the group explores themes such as presence, resilience, meaning, hope, relationships, and cultivating a more flexible and hopeful way of understanding challenges.
