I draw from different counseling-based theories, and I am trained in EMDR and IMAGO. I have an extensive background in trauma, grief, and loss, and faith-centered therapy. I work with individuals and couples, and as a former Licensed School Counselor, I provide consultations to help clients with school-age students navigate the school system.
