Focusing on Attachment and CBT theories, I journey with my clients, giving them the acceptance they need to be able to dig deep. I utilize mindfulness teachings, goal setting, and visualization exercises in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and marital difficulties, helping clients learn and grow, empowering them towards self-actualization and healing.
Helping clients develop healthy relationships while creating the connection we all long for is my passion.
