I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, who utilizes evidence-based techniques to assist clients successfully navigate a neurotypical world and excel to their full potential.
I spent 10 years working in student supports services in colleges prior to completing my masters in Counseling at Bradley University in 2023.
I work with clients of all ages, but my specialty areas are adolescents, teens and young adults.
I work with clients who are dealing with a variety of challenges like, autism, ADHD, grief, anxiety, depression, school struggles, home struggles, social struggles, self-esteem, trauma, and more.
I am trained in and utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist clients with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness; all common challenges for adolescents and teens emerging into adulthood.
I take a person-centered approach, tailoring techniques to meet the needs of each client. I specifically utilize DBT, CBT, play therapy, and social skills training to address specific client concerns.

Autism Social Skills
This group is designed to help connect individuals who have shared struggles understanding and navigating social interactions with their peers; connecting over the ups and downs of making and keeping friends as a neurodivergent individual in a neurotypical world. Members will learn evidence-based skills from the facilitator that they will then use in practice, but they will also learn from each other as they share their individual experiences.
